There have been plenty of times in my life where I’ve felt that if I couldn’t do something big (to me), I did not want to do it at all. It’s sort of like having the mindset: If I can’t do it all, if it’s not perfect, then I don’t want to do any of it.

However, what I’ve since learned is that little actions matter, over time. For example, let’s say that there’s something that you need to organize, and it’s a big job, but you can’t dedicate the needed hours, or days, to organize it all at once. But you do have 10-15 minutes a day that you can commit to work on this project. If you consistently commit those 10-15 minutes a day to this task, you will eventually get it done. And not only this, you will feel good about yourself and more motivated because that space will begin to transform, little by little, becoming more organized. These transformations will motivate you and provide you with the momentum to keep going.

Consistent small actions make an impact, over time. This principle can be applied to so many areas of your life such as my example of an organization project, saving money, paying off debt, losing weight, etc.

The most important thing is to know what you want, not be afraid to go after it, and never give up.
